I have an emergency!
If the situation is severe, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. After office hours and on weekends, the physicians are available for emergencies only. You may call the office and have the physician on-call paged. Please be advised that there is a ten dollar charge for calls requiring assistance after 5:00 pm.
How do I know if you accept my insurance?
We accept all major insurances. Please check with your insurance carrier to ensure that we are in your network. In some cases, a referral from your primary care physician may be required.
Do you have age restrictions for patients?
We treat patients aged 8 years old and older.
What if I have a question for my provider?
Because our providers are dedicated to seeing patients, they may not have an opportunity to return non-urgent telephone calls until the end of the day. The receptionist or medical assistant will give your provider the message and will often return phone calls with instructions from your provider.
Can I call for my test or procedure results?
Test results and procedure results will typically be discussed at your next office visit. Please call our office to ensure you have a follow-up appointment scheduled with us.
I need a prescription refill. Who do I call?
Call our office with all pertinent prescription information. One of our medical assistants will take care of the request with your provider and with your pharmacy. If ever in doubt, please call your pharmacy to ensure the prescription has been filled before attempting to pick it up.
